Virtual Stamp Night Challenge Card

This is for the third VSN challenge - which was Thumping.

Thumping is where you take your markers - the brush end - and thump them against your stamp to get some variation in color.

I inked up this Starving Artistamps leaf first in So Saffron. Then I thumped my Pumpkin Pie and Bravo Burgundy markers against it and stamped it on Whisper White and cut it out.

I stamped the little acorn, colored it with Copics and covered it with Crystal Effects, which for some reason isn't showing up in my pic.

The card base is Chocolate Chip, with Chocolate Chip stitched ribbon and Basic Grey patterned wood grain paper from the Granola set. I love this paper.

Happy Fall! :)

that's a neat technique and it works especially well with that stamp.
