This is a card made from chipboard, painted with Ranger Dimensional Pearls then stamped with Bold Seaweed. The fish is cut from an Accucut die, alcohol inked and outlined with Ranger's White Pigment Pen. The saying is stamped on a clear craft sheet using the Placque Set. The bold seaweed is colored with more Dimensional Pearls. TFL.
